Hello beautiful! My name is Rose and I am a bilingual (in Spanish) New York State Licensed Cosmetologist providing eyelash extension services, brow services and waxing services. My eyelash extension journey started at Amazing Lash studio where I received 70+ hours of classic eyelash extension training and another 30+ hours of volume eyelash extension training then jumping right in to an extremely busy corporate eyelash extension studio. My waxing journey started back in beauty school and picked back up in 2019 when I worked for European Wax Center and was trained with specific techniques. Since then I have taken courses and got certified in Brow Tinting & Lamination. Looking forward to meeting you! ✨ POLICIES POLICIES POLICIES POLICIES ✨ Deposits Required: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all eyelash extension appointments. The deposit will go towards the total at the end of the service. No Deposit = No Appointment No exceptions. Foreign Refills: In the case of having lashes from another lash technician I require a removal and full set. The removal is included in the service. In this case please book both a removal and a full set of your choice. This ensures proper application by eliminating the risk of mixing different adhesives and lash products. If you require a new set at the time of your refill, you will be charged for a full set unless authorized otherwise. Late Policy: Appointments are granted a 15 minute courtesy grace period. If you arrive later than 15 minutes you must reschedule your appointment. In order to avoid this, please communicate if you are running late. I will do my best to accommodate you. Cancellations: *I charge 50% of your total service cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. For any no shows or appointments cancelled the day of you will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment amount, and required a new deposit to book a new appointment.* Rescheduling Appointments: I do give a courtesy for the first reschedule of the appointment booked if rescheduled within 48 hours of original appointment. The deposit will transfer over. If the same appointment is rescheduled more than once the deposit for the first appointment will be forfeited and another deposit will have to be made to confirm appointment. When you come in for your appointment both deposits will go towards the total at the end of the service. If an appointment is ever rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment the deposit is forfeited and again another deposit is required to book the next appointment. Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via credit card, cash, Venmo or Zelle. All credit card payments will be charged a processing fee of 3.5% All services and deposits are non-refundable. Lastly: All appointment cancellations and reschedules must be made & confirmed via text message or telephone. En este caso, reserve tanto una mudanza como un juego completo de su elección. Esto asegura una aplicación adecuada al eliminar el riesgo de mezclar diferentes adhesivos y productos para pestañas. Si necesita un set nuevo en el momento de la recarga, se le cobrará por un juego completo a menos que se autorice lo contrario. Poliza de retrasos: A las citas se les concede un período de gracia de cortesía de 15 minutos. Si llega más tarde de los 15 minutos, debe reprogramar su cita. Para evitar esto, comuníquese si llega tarde. Haré todo lo posible para complacerlo. Cancelaciones: * Cobro el 50% de la tarifa total de cancelación del servicio por cualquier cancelación dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la cita programada. Si no se presenta, se le cobrará el 100% del monto de la cita programada y se le solicitará un nuevo depósito para reservar una nueva cita. * Métodos de pago: Se aceptan pagos mediante tarjeta de crédito, efectivo, Venmo o Zelle. A todos los pagos con tarjeta de crédito se les cobrará una tarifa de procesamiento del 3,5%. Todos los servicios y depósitos no son reembolsables. Por último: Todas las cancelaciones y reprogramaciones de citas deben realizarse y confirmarse por mensaje de texto o por teléfono. Me reservo el derecho de negar servicios a quienes no deseen aceptar los términos enumerados.

Cancellation Policy

50% of your total service for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 100% of total service for same day cancellations. For any no shows you will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment amount.
