Hello, and welcome! My name is Rose. I’m a New York State Licensed Cosmetologist and a Registered Nurse, bilingual in English and Spanish, providing eyelash extension, brow, and waxing services. My eyelash extension training began at Amazing Lash Studio, where I completed 70+ hours of classic lash training and 30+ hours of volume lash training, followed by experience in a high-volume corporate lash studio. My waxing training started in cosmetology school and continued in 2019 at European Wax Center, where I trained in their specific techniques. I’m also certified in Lash Lifts, Brow Tinting & Lamination. Looking forward to working with you! ✨ Policies ✨ Deposits Required: A non-refundable deposit is required at booking for all eyelash extension appointments. The deposit is applied to your total at the end of service. No deposit = no appointment. No exceptions. Foreign Refills: If you currently have lash extensions from another technician, a removal and full new set are required (removal is included). Please book both a removal and a full set of your choice — this prevents mixing adhesives and products from different technicians. If you request a new set at your refill appointment, you’ll be charged the full set price unless otherwise authorized in advance. Late Policy: A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals after 15 minutes will incur a late fee; arrivals after 30 minutes will require rescheduling. Please message or call ahead if you’re running behind — I’ll always do my best to accommodate you. Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the scheduled service amount, and a new deposit is required to book any future appointment. Rescheduling: One courtesy reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours before your original appointment; your deposit transfers to the new date. A second reschedule of the same appointment forfeits the original deposit, and a new deposit is required. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment forfeits the deposit entirely, and a new deposit is required to book again. Payment Methods: Credit card, cash, Venmo, and Zelle are accepted. Credit card payments carry a 3.5% processing fee. All services and deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations & Reschedules: All cancellations and reschedule requests must be confirmed by text or phone call. I reserve the right to decline service to anyone who does not agree to the policies listed above.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
50% of your total service for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 100% of total service for same day cancellations.
For any no shows you will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment amount.
